A life journey with Jesus is made up of many small steps and many small decisions with Him. We believe there are some steps you can take with Jesus and His Church that are essential.
We have organized some of these around some “courses” that will jump start or support your next season of life with Jesus.
If you are exploring Christianity, we encourage you to take the Alpha Course. Over ten sessions you will meet people, share a meal, watch a talk, and ask questions about life and Jesus in a friendly and open environment. Click here to learn more about the Alpha Course and the next session.
If you are a new follower of Jesus or you are re-exploring your faith in Jesus, we encourage you to take the Discipleship Course. The Discipleship Course is a six session study that you will do with a mentor. We will help you connect with a mentor in Origin Church who will encourage and explore what it means to follow Jesus. The relationship with a mentor is what makes this a great step!
We recommend this course if after Alpha if you have recently become a follower of Jesus or are renewing your commitment to Christ. Request the course and a mentor here.
If you would like to be baptized, we encourage you to sign up for the Baptism Course. This course is often lead by one of the Origin staff or leaders in a small group or one on one as it is requested. It may take one or two meet-ups to complete. Being a part of a local church is one of the best decisions you can make. If you would like to explore what it means to be a part of Origin Church and get involved, we encourage you to come on the Welcome Course.
